Of course, there are plenty of practical changes, too, but we will get to that in a minute.

When we started to plan for our redesign, we were determined to present our high-quality Seattle homes for sale and customer-focused service with a more user-friendly site. Our goal is to make it easier to find what you need—and maybe more—to get to know our “A+ Townhomes in A+ Locations.”

Together, these features give you different ways to find the perfect home for you and your family from Ballard to Shoreline. You can also take a peek at our Instagram feed or catch up on the latest blogs before you even reach the bottom of the page. 

Now, let’s dive deeper. 

If you are looking for a new construction Seattle townhome, how would you search for it? That is the main question that drove our redesign. On the “Homes” page, you now have the ability to filter results by price, schools, number of bedrooms and the number of bathrooms. You can also sort those results to further focus in on what you are really wanting. 

The “Locations” tab shows your communities on a map with a few details and quick links to their individual pages. This makes it easier to visualize the distance of travel to the highways and average commute to different parts of the metro. All listings have a community description, pricing, and information about nearby schools. 

The “Blue Fern Homes Difference” section gives you a chance to learn a little more about us and meet our team. We will tell you about our jobs, our hobbies outside of them and why it matters so much to us to bring these townhomes to you. 

A common theme you will likely pick up is a lasting dedication to building homes and communities that people will love. Blue Fern Homes does this through constantly evaluating and re-evaluating the market around Seattle and adapting our designs to what people want to see. That led us to create our chic townhomes and helps push us to find new places to build. 

The “Homebuying Guide” is built for you with contact information for trustworthy local brokers that will help simplify your financing decisions and make the process as smooth as possible to get you into your new home.
